Recently, Makassar people were surprised because of the appearance of a snowy place. Even though Makassar is known for its hot weather, why is it snowy? The reason is because of the opening of a new tourist attraction in Makassar. It is Trans Snow World, an amusement park that carries the concept of winter in Europe. This amusement park is located inside Trans Studio Mall Makassar, Metro Tanjung Bunga Street No. 51 A, Maccini Sombala, Makassar City, South Sulawesi.
Trans Snow World Makassar is the first and the biggest snow park in Eastern Indonesia. There are many facilities and snow games available at this amusement park. Quoted from detiksulsel, Triya Filia Santi, the head of Marcomm Trans Entertainment said, "At Trans Snow World, visitors can enjoy a variety of games that are only available in Makassar."
There are three snow games that are only available in Trans Snow World Makassar. The first is Snowplay House, where people can play with snow while skating on the snow slide. Then, Spinning Tire, this game offers the sensation of surfing and spinning using snow a tube. The last is a game for children aged 5-6 years old. Snow Moto gives the sensation of driving through the snow. Not only snow game facilities, there are other facilities, such as Snack Corner area, toilet, prayer room, etc.
Trans Snow World Makassar is open daily from 10 am until 10 pm Central Indonesian Time (WITA). No need to go to Europe to feel the sensation of playing in the snow, with only Rp 275.000,00 can already feel the joy of playing in the snow for 2 hours. The entrance fee of Trans Snow World Makassar already includes the rental of snow boots and socks.
